Sustainable Development of Industrial Renovation: Renovation Paths of Village-Level Industrial Parks in Pearl River Delta

Driven by manufacturing supply reform and regional industrial transformation upgrading, village parks are key areas for deepening urban renewal. The complex relationship between various property rights actors is a factor limiting the sustainable development of parks, thus attracts considerable research. However, existing research limited to individual cases lacks systematic approaches provide effective guidance renovation parks. In addition, paper summarises participation pathways characteristics 12 typical in PRD.
